If you are happy with the new plan limits and the cost of the new plan, you can reach out to support through email at ticket@uchat.com.au, and provider your partner email & details provide below information:

• Your partner email or workspace ID

• Detail plan limits, we need the number of bots, number of bot users, number of members for each plan

Once we receive your email, we will make the changes change within 1 business day.

After that, you will be able to find your own pricing plan at your white label settings, and go to workspaces, click the “upgrade” buttons on the list, and you will be able to see your own plan & pricing.
