UChat offer the tutorial to help you set up your own custom domain through cloudflare, which is free. and also you can get ssl certificate working using their service, more details you can find in the video:

However, if you don’t want to use or can’t use cloudflare to set up your custom domain, you might have issue with SSL certificate, we offer the service to set it up manually for you.

Dynamic links - $199/one-time payment.

By default, we use non-uchat domain for all the dynamic links across all the workspaces.

In the UChat partner dashboard, there are a few places using urls, for example when you upload a file or generate a dynamic checkout link, or appointment link, by default, the link is under a non-UChat domain(http://dfktv2.com ).

We do offer the option for partners to upgrade to use their own custom domain for the dynamic links. it’s $199 one-time payment, and all the file upload URL, checkout links, date/time selectors, etc links will be your own branded domain.

White label onboarding videos($499/one time fee)

By default, UChat offers a max 14-day free trial for every workspace created under your custom domain. You also have the control of:

• Offer any day of free trial(less than 14 days)

• Offer a free trial for the new email account

• Offer a free trial for every new workspace created

Gmail & Google Sheet app - $2000 one-time fee for both apps

Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect - $399 one-time fee EACH under your brand

Also you will have the option to use your own branded app in Zapier, Make, Pabbly connect to connect with 3rd party.

Custom SMS channels - $2000 one-time fee

If you want to integrate the new provider of SMS into our visual flow builder. We charge $2000 one-time fee for the integration.

The delivery time will be 2 weeks time.

For the existing integration, extra charges will apply when you want to update existing channels.

New WhatsApp BSP Provider - $5000 one-time fee

If you want to integrate the new provider of WhatsApp into our visual flow builder. We charge $5000 one-time fee for the integration.

The delivery time will be 4 weeks time.

Depending on your support of WhatsApp API, we can add different message type support, WhatsApp template message, WhatsApp product catalog message support for this new provider.

For the existing integration, extra charges will apply when you want to update existing channels.

Your own UI design

If you want to have your own design for the UI, there are 2 options. UChat will introduce different themes for you to choose, which is already on our roadmap to do so.

This will take some time to complete, we will offer this by end of this year.
Also you can design your own UI, and then we can send you a quotation based on your design and also timeline to expect the UI implemented.

We would suggest you to reference on for the element used, and also please don’t make dramatic changes on the modules.
