Auto Topup For Partner Credit & Partner Clients
UChat now allows its partner clients to have an auto top-up feature where the account will be automatically topped up from Partner’s card without the partner having to go and add the credits manually.
This feature is only available to partner users and those clients who partner have signed using Stripe
Auto Topup Partner Credit
Log in from your Uchat portal (not WL portal) and go into Whitelabel settings from the dashboard. Click on the Prepaid Credit.
You can turn this feature on and then everytime your credit falls short of the required amount to keep your partner clients running and active, UChat will automatically charge your card and top up your account with the credit.
For example, if you choose $100 option, 100 USD will be charged from your card and topped up into your account. If the amount is still short, we will top up your account twice untill the credit requirment is fulfilled.
Auto Topup Partner Client
This is for partner clients that partner have signed up and is charging using Stripe. Log into your Uchat partner account and go into whitelabel settings. Select the Partner Settings and scroll down and enable Credit Billing for Addons.
Afterwards, have your client log into their accounts, have them go into the Billings tab and then select Billing History.
After enabling this feature, your partner doesnt have to auto update the points for their add-ons. UChat will automatically charge them and top up their points.
If in any condition the top up fails due to insufficient funds or other reasons, the workspace will be paused.
