Vudu Mobile

VUDU Mobile is one of the latest SMS providers we now support. You can navigate through the platform and create an account.

Go to the SMS Channel section. Here, you'll find a list of supported providers and select VUDU Mobile.

Integration With UChat

You'll need both a phone number and an API key from VUDU Mobile. Next, paste the API URL and press “Save”.

Once your connection is verified, you will get the webhook and parameter. You have to copy the webhook and Parameter for the Webhook.

After Coping the Webhook Url, log into VUDU Mobile: https://sccstaging.vudumobile.net/auth/ and go to Advanced -> Autoresponses

Here, you can either create a new auto-response or edit an existing one.

Paste the webhook URL into the appropriate field and Parameter. Ensure that the message is set to "POST". Once done, save your changes.

Now, you're ready to start sending SMS messages through VUDU Mobile. Click on the SMS spot and begin creating your first VUDU Mobile SMS chat.
