White label settings

UChat offers white-label options so that you can connect with your custom domain, and sell chatbot to your customer under your own brand and domain.

With these settings, you will be able to set up your custom domain, and customize the links on your workspace, hide the UChat branded docs & video, send up your email provider to send a welcome email, and receive slack notification of important events in your custom domain.

Brand Settings

In this setting, you can set up the basic branding like title, logo, favicon, check more details from the link here.

Custom Domain

You can set up and link to your own custom domain. We suggest you link to a subdomain and learn more details here.

Custom Settings

In this setting, you can set up your support email, and customerize the dashboard links, and also set up your own email SMTP, so that all the welcome email, forgot password email can be sent from your own email address.

Also you can change the terms of the service page url on the login & sign up page.

You can set up slack webhook to receive notifications.

Also you can change the footer link for all the web chat widget under your custom domain.
