Workspaces

You will have another separate tab, where you can check all the workspace registered under your custom domain.

14 days free trial workspaces

Please note, regular users can also sign up under your custom domain if your signup link is publicly available.

If you have set up your custom domain, your sign up link should be something like:
https://yourcuustomdomain.com/register

Every workspace will start 14 days free trial, access to all pro features, and no credit card required.

The workspace will start with 200 bot users, 1 member and 1 bots. They can use this 1 bot in omni channels or other individual channels.

Also, free workspace under your custom domain will not be charged.

There isn't a limitation on how many workspaces you can create under your custom domain.

Create New Workspace

You can manually create the workspace for your customer by click the “+New workspace” button at the top right corner.

You will just need to put the email in

And then you will need to provide the workspace name, user name, and set a default password.

If you don’t them to verify their email. you can turn off the “ Require Email Verification”. If you turn it off, then the user can login directly.

If you turn the require email verification off, then your customer will receive an email verification, they will need to click the link in the email to login for the first time.

Manage your workspace

In the workspace tab, you can see all the workspaces under your custom domain, including free workspace and paid workspaces.

You can filter them by Free workspace, or paid workspace.

And also you can filter by the workspace name, workspace ID(which you can find your workspace ID in the workspace settings), and also owner email.

In the workspace listing, as screenshot below:

• Point 1: You will be able to see clearly, which plan the workspace is on. If no plan is shown, then the workspace is on the free plan. Also, you will be able to see the current billing period under the name of the plan.

• Point2: You will be able to see the limits of the bot users, members & bots the workspace currently has.

  If there are any add-ons for the current workspace, you will see them in RED color below the regular plan.

  As you can see in the above screenshot, the workspace ID 8284 has added an extra 1 member, so total of 6 members, added an extra 1 bot, so total 2 bots, added extra 10000 bot users, so total 11000 bot users.

Pause workspace

If you go to your white label settings, and then workspaces, and then you will see the screenshot below:

If you switch the active to pause, and then this workspace will be paused.

it will show up like this once it’s paused.

Once the workspace is paused, the user will see the screen below if the login their workspaces.

Basically, the workspace will be read only, the bot will be paused, they can’t do anything about it. They will need to contact support to active the workspace.

Auto Renew Setting

• Point 3: You can switch the workspace on or off auto renew. If the auto renew is on, at the end of the billing date, we will automatically charge for this workspace.

  UChat will deduce the amount automatically from your credits/wallet.

  If the auto renew is off, then 3 days after the end of the billing cycle, the workspace will be downgraded to free plan. If the bot user is more than 200(free plan limits), extra bot users will NOT be deleted.
  
  You can also turn the auto renew on/off through Partner API. You can find more information about partner API in your partner settings.

  As a partner, you can set up a webhook to listen to the “overdue” event, and then send automation reminders to yourself and customers as well.
  
  

Change or Update Plan

• Point 4: You can upgrade to paid plan or downgrade to free plan. If you click upgrade, you will see the screenshot below:

Add-on Options

Also you will be able to see the add on options below, you can add extra members, extra bots, extra bot users to the current workspace.

Our cost price for add on to our partners is:

• $5 per month for every extra bot

• $5 per month for every extra member

• $5 per month for every extra 1,000 bot users

• $30 per month for every extra 10,000 bot users

• $20 per month for Inbound Webhook - Per 1000 requests

• $20 per month for OpenAI/External Request Timeout - Per 10 seconds

If the workspace have purchased any add-ons, you should be able to see it directly in the workspace list page.

Delete Workspace

In the workspace list page, you can delete the workspace.

But you can only delete free plan workspace. If the workspace is still on the paid plan, you will need to downgrade to the free plan first.

Unfortunately for now, you can’t delete the user from your white label platform. You will need to submit a ticket to our support email at ticket@uchat.com.au to delete the user.

Audit Logs

We have added audit logs for the important actions in the customer’s workspace, like login, logout, delete, and added extra bot, etc.

You can check all the logs by click the button below.

Points

If you have enabled the “credit billing for addons”, you can find the “Credit billing for Addons” in the partner settings.

The addon credit billing is built for your clients to have their own wallet, and they will purchase the points/coins from you by the selling price you define.

And then your customer will use the points to purchase the addon such as extra bot, extra member, extra bot users.

At the same time, partner will have the power to manually adjust the point, you can simply click on the points, and then you can add or remove points from the pop up window.
