On-premise deployment - start from $5000 per month

For some of the countries or client, they request to data centre in their own country. So, UChat offer on-premise deployment.

The cost of the on-premise deployment will including server cost + management fee.

The design of our servers structure:

 

The server hardware set up:

We will offer 2 different kind of specification.

Basic set up:

  • Database server: 2 servers,  4CPU + 16GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Redis server: 1 servers,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Load balancer: 1,  1 CPU + 2GB Memory(Minimum),High Frequency

  • Application: 5 servers,   3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Mobile api: 1 server,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Javascript Function server: 1 server,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • openAI embedding: 1 server, 3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Web Chat: 1 servers,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Websocket for web chat: 1 servers,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Object Storage server: Amazon S3 or Vultr storage server.

 

The basic set up will start with 14 servers. The cost is around $500 per month, the price varies depending on different service provider.

Advanced server set up:

  • Database server: 4 servers,  4CPU + 16GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Redis server: 2 servers,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Load balancer: 2,  1 CPU + 2GB Memory(Minimum),High Frequency

  • Application: 10 servers,   3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Mobile api: 1 server,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Javascript Function server: 1 server,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • openAI embedding: 1 server, 3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Web Chat: 3 servers,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Websocket for web chat: 2 servers,  3CPU + 8GB Memory,High Frequency

  • Object Storage server: Amazon S3 or Vultr storage server.

The server can be in any hosting company(like digital ocean, etc), but it will not deployed in AWS & Google Cloud(the price would be different if you want to deploy in AWS)

UChat team will manage the server, and you will have the right to use the platform, but don’t have access to the server.

Management Fee:
We charge $5000 per month, Minimum 6 months contract.

If you want to add extra server to handle the traffic, every extra server added on top of the 5 servers will cost $100 per month.
